Dr. Yeh Chong Chan (Dr. Chen Chang) for his recent selection as Outstanding International Traditional Medicine Scholar of the Year, 1997-1998. The award was presented by The American Academy for Humanity & Scholarship. According to information provided to The Voice by the good doctor's wife, the lovely Dr. Rong Shiaung Yu, the award recognizes Dr. Chan's "services and dedication to the medical profession and cultural heritage." The Voice takes this opportunity to extend the congratulations of our community.
