In August of 1976, I got a very severe case of bursitis in the left shoulder, unable to raise my arm above my head. I was under medical doctor care for 6 months with no relief from pain. In March of 1977, I was hospitalized for 1 week, at which time it was discovered that I had 3 ruptured disks in my neck from a whiplash (auto accident). Also, due to this condition, my shoulder joint had frozen..
